Celebrity Picks: Jessica Alba
I've always loved Jessica Alba as a person and for her fashion. I've always looked to Jessica for
style because our facial structures are the same, meaning that the outfits would compliment our faces the same way.
I've never cared Jessica as an actress, even though she is great. I do love the movies she's in, but I like to see actresses stretch their talent out more in different directions, i.e. playing a comedic character, starring in a drama movie, etc. Though, I do have faith if she ever stretched her genres, she would be marvelous doing it.
I find Jessica to be a warm and in-tune person. I follow her on Facebook, and she seems to keep her fans updated with her works such as her foundation, The Honest Company. If you don't anything about her company, it's a great company for women and children.
"When I became a mom, I finally became the person I am, that I always should have been," she says. "It's the most satisfying job in the world. But, it can also be overwhelming and confusing. I created The Honest Company to help moms and to give all children a better, safer start."
Anyways, Jessica's style is pretty consistent. She LOVES scarves. She must have the largest collection of scarves in the world, I'm convinced.
Jessica doesn't dress up as much as she dresses for comfort. All of Jessica's outfits look comfortable for any event, including her red carpet attire. She's an easy going gal, and I find her style so different from other celebrities. In an article, Jessica says she only dresses for herself. Not her husband and not for the public. She also stated she feels uncomfortable because the public wants her to be sexy, but she wants to be "chic and elegant." Check her out because she is fabulous!
"There are some women who dress for men. I dress for myself. It took me some time to get here. Being a mom and feeling grown-up have helped," Contactmusic quoted her. "Now if I'm going to wear something short, it has to have a high neck or a little sci-fi toughness to it, an edge."
