July 1st, 2012: Girls, Best Friends, and Styles

So my girls and I have needed a girls' day.  So, my girl, Rachel, invited us over to her house for a luncheon and we had a marvelous time.  She is a FABULOUS cook, and whoever she marries is EXTREMELY lucky to have her as a wife!  Anyways, as my best friends, they have all their styles, and I love each of their styles.

My girl, Deliliah, is more of a free spirit in her attire.  She'll have a hippie look one day and then the next she's in a biker chick jacket with a fancy purple dress.  It just depends with her, but I can only describe as a free spirit.

Now, my girl Rachel is the most fashionable out of all of us.  I've rarely ever seen her not perfectly put together.  She wears fabulous heels quite frequently and gorgeous dresses with large brimmed hats.  

Of course, for the luncheon, I wore what is in that picture.  I didn't have much time to think of an outfit that morning since I had to be at work early in the morning.  

I arrived a little early, and I found Rachel in a gorgeous red printed maxi dress with beautiful gold trotters.  Deliliah arrived a little later, but she was wonderful as well in a gray and purple cardigan, black jeans, and high heels.  

I love having fashionable best friends, and the other best part, is that I feel like it's a pre-cursor of  our future.  Meeting for luncheons, dressing up, gossiping, and having marvelous meals.  I'm just so blessed to have them.  It's the best to receive a text randomly from them or one from me to them asking what to wear on a date or an interview.  Keep fashionable friends close and dear.   They're the best of the best : )
